Arrive and check in at the Hotel Reception late Friday afternoon. Proceed to the Spa at 17h45 for a Shingo Treatment. Return to your accommodation and join us at one of our restaurants for dinner. The following morning commence with breakfast from 08h30 at the Spa, and then partake in Ngoma African drumming to relieve the urban stress before you start treatments. This is followed by lunch at the African Spa.
In the afternoon return to your hotel room to relax and freshen up and then join us at one of our restaurants for a set dinner menu with a complimentary bottle of wine. On the last morning, enjoy a breakfast from 08h30 at the Spa followed by a further 2 treatments before departing.
