Terms and Conditions for Web Community Vouchers: When you (the Purchaser) select a Voucher and accept it, a legally binding contract is made to the Terms and Conditions of which are set out below. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Payments for bookings must be made by the required dates as per the confirmation letter, failing which Ingwenya Country Escape reserves the right to cancel the booking for the respective offer.
• Bookings are not confirmed until you receive confirmation in writing from us.
• Vouchers are only valid for the period indicted on the voucher. No extensions will be allowed.
• Spa bookings are for a maximum of 2 persons per voucher, unless otherwise stated. The rates stated are a per person rate.
• All restaurant voucher offers for discounts apply only to the food bill, unless otherwise stated.
• Ingwenya Country Escape reserves the right at any time to withdraw or cancel any of the vouchers not already paid for in full.
• Should you cancel a booking, and if in the opinion of Ingwenya Country Escape the reasons for cancellation warrant a refund, a 10% administration fee will be levied and the balance of any monies due will be refunded within 7 days of written notice of the cancellation.
• Should Ingwenya Country Escape, for reasons beyond their control, need to cancel or change the dates of a booking, the company will make every possible effort to contact you within a reasonable period to notify you of such a change and to offer you an alternate date. Where Ingwenya Country Escape has had to cancel a booking and no alternate date can be accommodated, a full refund of any monies or deposits paid will be made to the person in whose name the voucher was issued.
• Ingwenya Country Escape’s decision with regard to any misunderstanding or interpretations as to any aspect of the offer on the voucher will be final.
• The discounts on any voucher offered exclude all beverages and any other extras such as telephone calls etc.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions, discount tokens and or coupons
• Limit one promotional voucher per person, per offer and one promotional voucher per order.
• These vouchers cannot be used retrospectively, ie applied to orders or bookings already placed with us.
• Ingwenya reserves the right to cancel online vouchers at any time.

• These vouchers may only be redeemed against the product or service shown on the face, except in the case of a cash gift voucher which is redeemable for any product or service offered by Ingwenya Country Escape.
• The Voucher must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the recipient is unable to use it as stated.
• Notification of any discrepancies or queries with regards to anything contained in the voucher or confirmation letter must be made to Ingwenya Country Escape in writing by e-mail to

• Vouchers may not in any way or form whatsoever be reproduced or copied, nor the Ingwenya trade mark or anything deceptively similar to it, or authorise assist or enable others to do so without our prior written consent.
• If you breach any of these conditions, we may cancel all contracts or vouchers with you and decline to supply any further vouchers or service until breaches have been remedied.
• Ingwenya, its related bodies corporate, owner their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the voucher while at Ingwenya Country Escape, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
