Set in a tranquil country estate, the Ingwenya Country Escape Conference Centre evokes inspiration and creativity.
With 12 unique conference venues catering from 10 up to 400 delegates, the Centre is well-known for delivering an effective and efficient service, be it for a business meeting, conference, banquet or even a social event.
The professionally trained staff takes great pleasure in making each event unique and the out-of-office experience just that extra bit special, resulting in many of our clients returning over and over again.
Daily conference rates include three tea/coffee breaks, lunch, standard conferencing equipment and the conference room. Half-day rates are also available.
Those with more time can opt for the 24-hour conference rate which includes the conference room, accommodation, dinner, breakfast, 3 tea/coffee breaks, lunch and standard conference equipment. Single or sharing rates are available.

 CONFERENCE CONFIGURATIONS
Built in true Cape Dutch style, the individual conference rooms are named after some of South Africa’s more celebrated wine regions
400 Stellenbosch, the largest of the conference rooms, seats up to delegates schoolroom-style but can be subdivided according to the number of delegates in attendance. The large barn-styled doors and high ceiling makes it ideal for major product launches and events.
The Paarl Room consists of two conference rooms, namely Paarl 1, which seats 50 delegates and Paarl 2 seating 70.
Moving on, we come to Tulbagh Square which has seven break-away rooms seating from 10 to 40 delegates, whilst the Constantia Room caters for up to 40 delegates.
For more formal meetings there is an executive boardroom seating up to 16 delegates in boardroom style.
