Our web system will select on a computerized random basis and email you a voucher.
The voucher will clearly state the length of time you have to make your booking and payment
Spa, Retreat, Accommodation and Restaurant bookings have to be paid for by either filling our credit authorization form or electronic transfer by forwarding proof of transfer to onlinefamily@ingwenya.com
Booking must take place within 48 hours of payment
Corporate functions, Christmas parties and conferences have to booked and pay a 50% discount within 7 calendar days
The balance of the payment will be stipulated on the contract
Contact our Reservations Department on (011) 659 0466 to make your booking and payment
If payment is not received by the date stipulated on your voucher the offer will lapse.
No refunds will be made if booking is cancelled
No extensions of the voucher will be allowed
The booking may not be below or exceed or the number of people per booking as stipulated on the offer /voucher
Any extras not included in the packages are to be settled direct.
All extras such beverages etc must be settled direct
All reservations will be subject to availability
Ingwenya Country Escape’s management decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Ingwenya Country Escape reserves the right to change or amend the above terms and condition without prior notice.
